I can think back to plenty of times, from as far back as childhood to as recent as just the other day, when I felt shy. I’m more of the reserved type who doesn’t say much, especially in crowds, even though I can recall spurts of loving to be the center of attention.

When it comes to approaching strangers, getting past the icebreaker is the scariest part sometimes. The older you get, though, the more desensitized you are to it since it comes natural.
