AMORY – Through a partnership between Amory Main Street and Community Bank, models will show off fall styles from several local boutiques while raising funds to revive an Amory staple. Proceeds from Oct. 17’s fashion show will go towards a revitalized tree at the former Amory Garment location.

“Proceeds will go towards the holiday tree, and we have slightly altered that project. It will be used for multiple events and not just a Christmas tree. It will be a very large 55-foot flagpole with an American flag lit up during non-Christmas seasons. We’ve been able to take funding further and make a staple piece for our community. We’re excited to have the flag flying throughout the year, in addition to the Christmas tree,” said Amory Main Street Director Rebecca Riddle.
