AMORY - New Albany made major moves in the second round of the Class 4A state golf tournament at River Birch in Amory to finish fourth overall in boys golf. The Bulldogs were tied for eighth after day one, but they improved their second day round by 13 to pass several teams to land in the number four spot.

New Albany opened day one with a team total of 349 and came back with a solid 336 on day two to have a score of 685.
