ABERDEEN – The Aberdeen Bulldogs trailed at the end of the first half but got hot when it mattered to take down Amory 44-38 last Tuesday.

“Defense fueled us, and defense won that game,” Aberdeen coach Edward Townsel said. “We got down in the fourth quarter and guarded everything. I couldn’t be more proud of the guys because they’re guarding and buying in, and it’s paying off.”
