Sunny side up

I always save my newspaper columns on my computer using the date on which they will be published. I truly didn’t realize that “9/11” is so close at hand.

As President Franklin D. Rosevelt said about December 7, 1942, September 9, 2001, is a day that will live in infamy. Thinking back on that day now soon to be 23 years ago, it still seems almost too much to wrap one’s mind around.
