TUPELO — Months after the Tupelo City Council jousted over the fate of the old concession stand at Gum Tree Park, the project is moving smoothly, with the final price tag on the addition coming before the council.

Last week, the council voted unanimously to approve a change order for adding $32,150 to the cost of the Hancock and Gum Tree parks project to cover the changes to design and location of the pavilion at Gum Tree Park.
