RIPLEY – This summer, officials with the City of Ripley officially named the street next to Tractor Supply off of Highway 15 Kathi Street to honor the legacy a longtime city employee left after her battle with breast cancer.

Kathi Watson, who served with the city for more than 25 years in several capacities such as court clerk, deputy city clerk and secretary to the mayor, battled breast cancer until her passing last September at the age of 61.
