Oxford’s Double Decker selected as a “Signature Event of the Southeast” for fourth time

OXFORD - One of Oxford’s most celebrated and anticipated events each year, the annual Double Decker Arts Festival has been named as one of the “Signature Events of the Southeast” by Southeast Tourism Society (STS) for the fourth time.
